Developing The Inside-0ut Swing SwingAway - Get Good Gazette, Volume 2 Issue 23
TIP: To develop quick inside-out swing, use a wooden bat with a towel tied on the end. DRILL: Assume your stance. On your own, load, stride, and swing in order to make the towel make a popping sound. Follow through and finish swing with proper mechanics. KEYS: Swing the towel bat with your hands, not your arms. Snap your wrists to make the towel pop.
