Double Tee Drills
SwingAway - Get Good Gazette, Volume 2 Issue 26

This is the first in a series of "double tee drills." We strongly recommend our OIP Inside-Outside Tee for this and other double tee drills. This product allows for an infinite number of ball and tee positions within and outside the strike zone, providing complete flexibility with single and double tee drills.

Inside-Out Drill / Pitch Down the Middle:

Set the inside tee on the middle third of the plate, just inside the front foot. The second tee should be set-up on the outside third of the plate and approximately six inches higher than the inside tee. Drive the ball into the sock-net, without hitting the outside tee. To do this, the batter must have a short, inside-out swing. This will keep the batter's hands "inside the ball."
