Double Tee Drills Part 2
SwingAway - Get Good Gazette, Volume 2 Issue 27

This is the second in a series of "double tee drills." We strongly recommend our OIP Inside-Outside Tee for this and other double tee drills. This product allows for an infinite number of ball and tee positions within and outside the strike zone, providing complete flexibility with single and double tee drills.

Inside-Out Drill / Pitch Down the Middle:

Set the front tee in the middle third of the plate. Just inside the striding foot. Place the second tee of the back tip of home plate, slightly higher than the front tee. The goal of the lesson is to hit the ball off the front tee without hitting the back tee thus developing proper swing plane to the ball. Emphasize the barrel above your hands upon contact.
