Hands & Weight Back SwingAway - Get Good Gazette, Volume 1 Issue 12
TIP: To build lower arm strength, hit at least fifty (50) or more balls per day with a weighted bat. This will lead to quicker, stronger, and faster hands and give you CONFIDENCE to keep your hands back before committing them to the swing. Use a good solid wood bat at least up 6-10 ounces more than your regular game bat. You can also add weight to your bat with “donuts” and other commercial bat weights. GET GOOD!
