Use Restraint When You Celebrate

Celebrating a big win or game-turning play should be done with an eye to safety. It's a sign of good sportsmanship and only requires a little common sense. Injuries can occur when players get overexcited. If you gather after the game to celebrate, don't over do it and please have a designated driver. Safety starts with you. Not only on the field, but off the field too.
