Keep The H2O Handy

H2O Tip: Room temperature water is easier for your body to use to replace fluids than is cold water.
Replacing lost fluids during exercise prevents cramping, heat stroke and dehydration. On extremely hot or humid days, drink more water in order to minimize your risk of overheating. Water loss can be a critical condition and in severe cases can be life threatening.

When you sweat, you lose essential fluids. So even on a mild day make sure to replace lost fluids with water. Losing as little as two or three percent of your weight through sweating can lead to decreased levels of concentration, coordination and performance.
